World of Warcraft and Guild Lottery - facts

After digging deep into the Terms & Conditions on WoW's and Blizzard's website and spent long hours on the net with guild members to figure out the dos and donts, finally we have got the answer.
Guild Lottery is NOT against the Terms & Conditions of the game unless you don't advertising or talking about it on public channel (like trade-, general-, party-, raid-, group channel or by talking about it common by /s <message>). With other words until you only talk about it on guild channel or on private channels with guild members that absolutely fine and Blizzard or World of Warcraft has no problem with it.

Hopefully this question won't cause more doubts, questions and disagreements withing the Guild.
