What does make a guild work?

Hello to all No Moon Over Me Players,

It is been a while since the GM / alt GMs have logged-in to Azeroth and had many yummie long lines of gossips, stirred up conversations and daily catch-ups with other active guild members. As it was mentioned, the very head of the guild is on abroad (for a while), but frequently keep checking on guild activity, guild perks, and mostly where about the members spending the majority of their game times. ( You should all hate Timesless Isle by now ! Seriously ! )

As I thought and guessed, some members might be on the edge of losing the purpose and meaning of being in a guild. But let you know that, if you stay with your guild in low activity, the guild definitely will pick you up at its high perks.

Some of you might haven't got time to learn and see how a gaming community builds up and functions yet and how other members can protect, motivate and help other troublesome guild-fellahs, thou they (we) definitely do !

"What goes around, comes around." - this truth will hit you on the back of your head or helps you up from the battleground floor to make you realise you found a new friend ! (Nooo, stop singing the M.J. song ! ) Even you can double it with two on this low populated, but hard realm, Dentarg.

So, we thought, you might want to spend some time to learn about the guild in this quiet summer holiday period or would like to contribute more to your brotherhood fellowship by understanding the guild-basics. For this I provided a quick link to read, where you can find whole structure of a potenctial guild build-ups and achievement system ( oh, yeah, and some matterials on guild reputation points).

Many of the achievements have been acomplished in No Moon Over Me already, but we are hoping there is a couple of new informations and tricks for the new puppies and for the ol'-dogs of the Guild too.

All of these would not work if there won't be any friendships, respect, laughter and fun, chitt-chatt, and occasionally serious level talk within the guild. (Guild-channel is the most important channel to create from 500+ random people a gaming community. That's why high achiever members should use it with great importance.)

Let me add one more to the above list: weekly activity of guild members.

The weekly activity of guild-member chart is a very important measure in the life and survival of the guild, thou most of the guild leaders overlook it. It shows who are the most frequent and reliable players of the team, here, now, & ready to action. They are the horse power of the guild engine.

Let me mention here, and we should all keep it in mind, all parts of a machine needed to make the engine keep running, doesn't matter how small that part is.

And it is up to you to make it into a good machine...

Indeed, the main punchline to all guild-guides and guild-structure guides should be;

Your guild is what you is. ( - Even Yoda would agree with that. )

My friends, have great adventures & remarkable journeys in Azeroth !

'Till we meet again !
